Report From the Front Lines
Sorry about no posts for the last week, but I've been in Madisonville, KY, trying a lawsuit under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I was defending Trover Clinic, a large health-care provider there, and we prevailed with a jury verdict in our favor. It was a true pleasure to work with Trover and its people, because the organization was fully engaged in this case and the trial process - the level of support and interest was phenomenal. It was a rewarding experience to represent them.
I kept up with Anglican events by reading, but simply did not have the time or sufficiently consistent internet access to post. But I'm back in the saddle again and will start cranking 'em out shortly.
